New local pressure sensors

   

Wide high-resolution Tekscan® 8001 sensors have been supplied to the Laboratory in order to conduct experimental studies for a deeper understanding of the processes of ice destruction on the inclined plane of a marine structure. The sensor of this brand has a matrix of 292.6 x 268.2 mm, the number of sensor sensing elements is 8448 units. The installation of such a sensor is carried out simultaneously by means of two controllers.
